The Russian Hybrid is a species of sturgeon formed by mating a female Osetra sturgeon and a male Siberian sturgeon, and is unique to Caviar Colony.

  • Age of harvest: The fish are harvested at a minimum of 10 years of age

  • Hue: The grains vary from dark grey to golden brown

  • Taste profile: The Russian Hybrid Caviar has a unique sweet taste reminiscent of Kyushu grapes, with a nutty and creamy finish.
